With an intense nose of sour apple and citrus fruits, with menthol and herbaceous flavors make it a fresh wine, light, fun and jovial. 100% Hondarrabi Zuri. 11% vol. Primus: Glyceric, enveloping, elegant and round, this is our crianza on lees, Primus. Grapes selected for maturity, balance and exposure to the sea. It is mineral, citric, elegant and smooth, with an aftertaste of honeys and vanilla due to the aging on lees. A 100% Hondarrabi Zuri completely unique and distinctive of the Ameztoi winery. Kirkilla: Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, continuing its aging in the bottle during the following years, it is the winery’s first leap towards longer-lived wines and long-lasting elaborations. A 100% Hondarrabi Zuri with a mature, complex and mellow, with high minerality. Smoky nose, tasty and well-formed on the palate. Slight toasted wood without losing the typicality of our grape. |
