  • Q
When will the electricity be supplied?
    A

    A. It is expected that electricity will be supplied after 16:00 on June 25th (Wednesday), which is typically the last day of installation work.

Due to safety concerns such as short circuits and electric shocks, electricity can only be supplied after all 'Space Only' booth contractors have completed both internal installations and electrical work.

Therefore, if even one contractor has not completed the electrical work, electricity cannot be supplied.

We kindly ask all 'Space Only' booth contractors to cooperate and ensure that electrical work is completed as quickly as possible.

  • Q
What does the exhibitor need to prepare separately from the booth construction?
    A

Exhibitors should prepare exhibition items, display stands, booth interior decorations, product catalogs, business cards, and other related materials.

The most important aspect is pre-training for the staff who will be operating the booth. The staff members, such as sales representatives, who are familiar with the exhibited products, should be responsible for explaining the products to visitors.

Pre-training is necessary for the staff regarding attire, attitude, language use, and consultation content, in accordance with the nature of the exhibitor and the products.

Additionally, for exhibitors with shell scheme or custom-built booths, please be aware that if damage occurs due to nailing or use of adhesive to attach facilities to the installed panel or custom booth, the cost of restoration will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Exhibitors who wish to rent items such as consultation tables or display stands should contact the official partner companies listed below.

  • Q
How will cleaning be handled during the exhibition period?
    A

    A. The exhibition cleaning service provider will primarily be responsible for collecting trash from the exhibition hall aisles during the 3-day exhibition period.

Exhibitors who wish to dispose of trash should place it in the large trash bins located throughout the exhibition hall or in the corridors after the exhibition ends.

Due to security reasons, including the potential loss of exhibited items, cleaning within each booth is the responsibility of the individual exhibitor.

  • Q
Where can I have a meal?
    A

You can have a meal at your booth or in the exhibitor lounge within the exhibition hall. Please also use the food and beverage facilities in the basement of COEX.

  • Q
How should exhibitors prepare for the loss or theft of exhibited items?
    A

The exhibition security service provider will be responsible for maintaining order in the exhibition hall during the setup, exhibition, and dismantling periods.

However, it is recommended to purchase insurance to cover accidents during transportation to and from the exhibition hall, as well as the risk of loss or theft within the exhibition hall during the exhibition period.

(Exhibitors are responsible for the loss or theft of all exhibited items and personal belongings.)
